His name is Hank. Today is his first day working with us and we just wanted to introduce him to everyone so if some guy answers the phone and doesn’t know what to say or do than you know why. As the shop gets busier we’ve really needed an extra hand around here. Hank will be booking appointments and doing things around the shop which will make it easier for everyone to get on the books faster and have phone calls answered even if we are working. There is still always access to the artists and we are here to answer any questions that you need still. Be nice to him even if he doesn’t know what he is doing, he’ll get the hang out it soon… hopefully.
